We do not guarantee that any wishlist will be fulfilled

Our goal is simply to make it easier for teachers and supporters to connect.

3. Who Can Use Classroom Wish

To use Classroom Wish, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and honest information
Use the site for lawful purposes only

Teachers who create accounts confirm that:

They are allowed to receive classroom supplies
Their wishlists follow their school or district policies
The items listed are for classroom or educational use
They are a full-time employee of a PreK-12 public school, charter school, or Head Start Center in the United States
They are not a teacher’s aide, substitute teacher, or student teacher

4. Teacher Responsibilities

If you create a teacher profile or wishlist, you agree to:

Keep your information accurate and up to date
Only share appropriate and lawful content
Use wishlists for classroom-related items
Not misrepresent your identity or role
Not request cash, gift cards, or off-platform payments

Teachers may not post photos, names, or identifying information of students unless they have obtained proper written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Classroom Wish strongly encourages teachers to avoid sharing any student-identifying information at all.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Supporter Responsibilities

If you browse or support a wishlist:

All purchases are made through third-party retailers
Classroom Wish does not handle:
- Payments
- Shipping
- Returns
- Refunds
Any issues with orders must be resolved with the retailer directly

Classroom Wish is not a party to any agreement or transaction between a supporter and a retailer or a teacher. We do not control, verify, or guarantee how items are used once purchased.

Classroom Wish is not responsible for order fulfillment or delivery issues.

6. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

Classroom Wish includes links to third-party websites such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Please note:

We do not control these websites or their policies
Prices, availability, and shipping are determined by the retailer
